Why use all three products together?
Each form gives you something different. The Concentrate provides the whole fruit’s vitamins, fibre and antioxidants. The Capsules deliver a focused dose of Omega-7. The Oil nourishes skin and scalp directly. Together they support wellness, skin and hair from the inside and outside.
How do I use the kit every day?
In the morning, drink 1 tsp of Concentrate in 150 ml of water. After breakfast, take 1 capsule. At night, massage 2–3 drops of Oil into clean skin or scalp.
Which products are taken internally and which are external?
The Concentrate and the Capsules are taken internally. The Nourishing Oil is for external use only and must never be swallowed.
Isn’t taking the Concentrate and Capsules together too much?
No. They give different things: the Concentrate is the fruit pulp with vitamins and fibre, and the Capsules are a concentrated dose of the berry oil. Stick to the recommended amounts: 1 tsp of Concentrate and 1 capsule a day.
How long does one kit last?
The 30 capsules last 30 days, and the 10 ml Oil lasts about a month at 2–3 drops a night. At 1 tsp a day, the 300 ml Concentrate lasts about 30 days, so you’ll have some left over for the next cycle.
Are all three products vegetarian?
Yes. The Concentrate is pure fruit pulp, the Capsules use a vegetarian HPMC shell with no fish oil or gelatin, and the Oil is 100% plant-derived.
