Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above Rs. 1500/- (D.P.) are eligible for free delivery.
  • Courier charges, once applied, are non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery will be done in 5–7 working days.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days from the confirmation date, subject to serviceable pin codes and regulatory approvals.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, governmental interventions, or external factors will be communicated to the customer.
  • In case of extended delays, customers can either proceed with the delivery or opt for cancellation, following the refund policy.

Reporting Issues with Orders

  • Customers must report any issues related to damaged, missing, incorrect products, or erroneous delivery confirmation messages within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
  • Failure to report within the specified time frame may result in the inability to process replacements or redelivery.

Responsibility for Delivery Issues

  • Vedic Virtues will not be liable for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Customers are advised to verify their shipping information before confirming orders to avoid delivery discrepancies.

Order Rejection Rights

  • Vedic Virtues reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of terms and conditions.

  • The estimated delivery time mentioned on our platform serves as an approximation and may vary due to logistical factors or regional constraints.
