Cancellation Policy

At Vedic Virtues, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel an order before shipping, please contact our customer support team at support@vedicvirtues.com. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to the original payment method. If you use any discount codes or loyalty points, they will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we detect any fraudulent activity or if the order violates our policies.

Returns & Replacements

We offer an easy return process. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Steps to request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@vedicvirtues.com with your order details and a clear image of the product showing any issue.
  2. We will review your request and arrange for a pickup within 4-7 business days.
  3. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will process the refund or replacement.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used or not in its original packaging.
  • The batch number or labels are missing or tampered with.
  • The request is made after 5 days of receiving the product.
  • The product was received as a free gift.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped.
  • If your order is returned due to non-delivery (wrong address, customer unavailable, refusal to accept delivery).
  • If a return request is approved for a damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the returned product. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for purchase. Cash on delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer upon providing necessary details.

We also offer the option of a refund in the form of Vedic Virtues store credits, which can be used for future purchases.
